The original tiny restaurant with Sushi Bar has expanded over the years and is now a very comfortable spot to enjoy a wide range of Thai/Japanese treats. The suhi and sashimi combo dinners are exceptional. The sushi bar is always a great spot to have a quick, excellent snack or full meal. The dining area has a few prime window booths and many tables throughout the room. Decor is typical, with fish tanks and the usual Far Eastern flavor. Service has always been and remains excellent and attentive. Prices are reasonable and fair. Take out is carefully prepared and packed with ice where necessary. The best reason to keep going back is the freshness of all ingredients. Every piece of fish that comes to the table is chilled and fresh and perfect. This is the way sushi is supposed to be, but the recent surge in sushi places in the Vero area has helped Siam Orchid shine.
